Terms & Conditions

ViAaNur Tutoring offers:

• 1:1 online tutoring sessions
• Group online tutoring sessions
• Academic support from Primary to GCSE level
• Additional extracurricular/specialist subject support

All sessions are delivered online via platforms such as Zoom or Google Classroom.

• Sessions are charged at an hourly rate or via agreed package pricing.
• Payment must be made in advance of the session unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods:
  • Bank transfer
  • Online payment via student portal (when available)

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of sessions.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% session fee.
• Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full.
• Refunds for prepaid sessions/packages are issued at the discretion of ViAaNur Tutoring.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we may share your personal data with:

• Tutors will begin and end sessions at the scheduled time.
• If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the original time.
• If a tutor is late, additional time will be made up where possible.

Students are expected to:

• Attend sessions on time
• Be prepared with required materials
• Engage respectfully and appropriately

Persistent disruptive behaviour may result in termination of services without refund.

• All tutors hold a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
• Sessions are conducted in a professional and safe online environment.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising students where appropriate.

Clients are responsible for:

• Stable internet connection
• Access to required platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)

ViAaNur Tutoring is not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues on the client’s side.

While we strive to support academic progress:

• We do not guarantee specific results or grades
• ViAaNur Tutoring is not liable for academic outcomes or exam performance

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Terms are breached
• Payments are not made
• Behaviour is inappropriate

ViAaNur Tutoring reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates
